Ingredients:
  1/4 cup cooled strong coffee
  1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  1 teaspoon vanilla
  1/4 cup half-and-half or light cream
  Ice cubes
 
Directions:
Combine coffee, sugar, and vanilla in a cocktail glass; stir till sugar dissolves. Stir in the half-and-half or light cream. Add ice cubes. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:
  1 c. sugar
  1+1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  1+1/2 c. apricot nectar
  2 c. fresh orange juice
  3 c. fresh apple cider
  1+1/2 c. pineapple juice
  2qt. ginger ale or 1 qt. ginger ale & 1 bottle champagne
  2c. cranberry juice
  3oz. grenadine syrup
 
Directions:
Just pour it in together!

Serve Very Cold / makes 1 1/2gal

Ingredients:
  1 lb Brown sugar
  1/2 lb Butter, salted
  1 tsp ground Nutmeg
  1 tsp ground Cinnamon
  1 tsp ground Cloves
  1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processer or mixer and store in the fridge or freezer. To make a drink add a shot of good dark rum along with 1 or 2 tbl spoons of batter to a mug of very hot water. Serve in a stemmed or Irish coffee cup.

Makes about a gallon

Ingredients:
  1 dozen eggs
  1 lb sugar superfine sugar
  1 qt cream light
  1 pint brandy
  1 pint dark rum
  1 pint flavored brandy or vodka
  1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  1 qt cream heavy -- to make 3 qt
  4 oz sugar 10 X sifted
  1/2 fluid ounce vanilla extract
  1 cup Gran Marnier

Directions:
Whip eggs and superfine bar sugar together until sugar is dissolved.
Add liquor (try apricot or other flavored brandy instead of vodka). Whip well.
Add light cream. Whip again.
Break up ice cream small and add 1/2 ice cream and 1/2 whipped cream and stir in well
Float remaining ice cream and whipped cream on top. Grate fresh nutmeg and cinnamon over top lightly
Serve with butter cookies.
Whipped Cream. Chill bowl and beater. Whip 1 qt heavy cream till tracks show. Add 4 oz sifted l0 x sugar. Add 1/2 oz vanilla. Continue beating, add Gran Marnier slowly while beating if you are adding it. Whip to medium soft peaks. Makes the 3 quarts.

Chocolate Version:
Use Double dark chocolate ice cream. Add 6 to 8 oz (about a cup) of Grand Marnier to the whipped cream with the vanilla slowly. Add a pint of Gran Marnier or Sabra Orange Chocolate liqueur instead of the vodka. Garnish with chocolate curls or grated dark chocolate.

Description:
A Family Favorite for Years
(A real butt kicker if you use all the amounts of liquor)

Ingredients:
  6 eggs, separated
  1/2 quart milk
  1 pint cream (light or whipping)
  1-1/2 cups whiskey
  1/2 cup rum
  3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
In medium size bowl, beat egg yolks thoroughly.
In punch bowl, add 1/2 cup sugar and beat. Add
whiskey, slowly, beating well. Add milk and
cream. Beat egg whites, add the remainder of the
sugar, and beat until stiff; add to egg yolks, milk,
and cream. Mix together. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

(You may want to cut the liquor in half. otherwise it is a real butt kicker.) ENJOY

Ingredients:
   1 bottle red wine
   12 cloves
   2 cinnamon sticks
   rind of 1 lemon
   2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a bot and steep gently over a medum heat until hot. Avoid boiling the mixture. Serve in mugs with carvings of reindeer on the side (or whatever you have - it's just best not to use your best crystal with very hot wines).

Ingredients:
   1/4 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
   1/4 cup granulated sugar
   2 cups milk
   1 cup half and half -- or light cream whipped cream
   ground cinnamon
   buttered toast -- cut into strips

Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the chocolate, sugar and 1/2 cup of the milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Stir in the remaining milk and cream. Heat through, but do not boil. Remove from the heat. If you like, beat with a rotary beater until frothy. Serve hot in mugs. Top each with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Serve with buttered toast for dunking.

Ingredients:
   1 1/2 cups rum
   1/3 cup banana liqueur
   1 dash grenadine syrup
   1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
   1 (6 ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
   1 orange, sliced into rounds
   1 lime, sliced into rounds
   1 lemon, sliced into rounds

Directions:
In a large punch bowl, prepare the orange and pineapple juice according to package directions. Stir in the rum, banana liqueur and Grenadine. Float slices of orange, lime and lemon on top.
makes 1 gal.

Ingredients:
   2 oranges
   8 whole cloves
   6 cups apple juice
   1 cinnamon stick
   1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
   1/4 cup honey
   3 tablespoons lemon juice
   2 1/4 cups pineapple juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Stud the whole oranges with cloves, and bake for 30 minutes. In a large saucepan, combine the apple juice and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in the nutmeg, honey, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Serve hot in a punch bowl with the 2 clove-studded baked oranges floating on top.
makes 1 gal.

Ingredients:
   1 cup heavy cream
   1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
   1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
   1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
   2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
In a blender, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, instant coffee, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
   1 (32 fluid ounce) bottle lemon-lime sports drink
   1 (32 fluid ounce) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Directions:
In a punch bowl combine the sports drink and the lemon-lime soda. Stir gently and serve over ice. Fun for Halloween!

Ingredients:
   1 scoopp softened vanilla ice cream
   1/4 c milk
   1 tb canned pumpkin
   1 tb sugar
   dash of pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Place ingredients in a cup and stir until blended... larger quantities use a blender... take this even further for a frozen drink... add ice and blend as you would a milk shake. (adults only)
