Here are the award rules:

20 points= Content! Content! Content! (I like to see YOUR content, not just links to others)
15 points= Great navigation around your site and a way to contact you that works!
5 points= Frames are ok but have a way that they can be disabled.
5 points= Java is ok, but be sure it doesn't cause slow load times.
But even if you have a great looking site and it crashes my browser it won't win....
10 points= Originality!
10 points= Rated PG! And fun for all!
10 points= Height, Width and Alt tags where-ever possible.
5 points= Make sure that if you have music it's related to the theme! And in my opinion, it doesn't have to have a way to turn it off....people know where their volume controls are. Although, if it's a large file it should say so, and give the option not to load it.
10 points= Overall appealing to the eye with a decent load time.
10 points= If you have links.....make sure they work, especially if they're your own!
