Why should I give out an award? Well, I've been asked to! The rules for my award are very simple: I've decided to be fair I would use a point system. If you can achieve a total of 90 points or higher you've got the award!

20 points= Content! Content! Content!
15 points= Great navigation around your site and a way to contact you that works!
5 points= Frames are ok but have a way that they can be disabled.
5 points= Java is ok, but be sure it doesn't cause slow load times.
But even if you have a great looking site and it crashes my browser it won't win....
10 points= Originality!
10 points= Rated PG! And fun for all!
10 points= Height, Width and Alt tags where-ever possible.
5 points= Make sure that if you have music it's related to the theme! And in my opinion, it doesn't have to have a way to turn it off....people know where their volume controls are. Although, if it's a large file it should say so, and give the option not to load it.
10 points= Overall appealing to the eye with a decent load time.
10 points= If you have links.....make sure they work!

This should be how every site is done, if you feel that you have accomplished it apply for this award. Your site is graded on every one of the requirements listed above. If your site is all of this, then it truly IS a "Shining Star" of the web!!!

We discovered that our formmail has been hacked and others were Spamming with it in our name. All our forms at this site will not be up and running again until we replace our script and each form one by one. This may take a while!
*** If you have Matts FormMail in use at your site (even if it's the newest version) it may be happening to you too and you probably won't even know it! Ask your host to check your logs!
